Customer and competitor information is priceless, but many organizations do not have the budget to afford their own research department or hire expensive consultants. Fortunately, there are ways to conduct market research on a reasonable budget. This participative workshop will emphasize doing research on a shoestring and cover topics such as: “How to move from problem recognition to decision making in one day;” “How to get customers to tell you what they don’t know they know;” and “Ten things to know about managing outside research projects.” The bottom line is that you can do effective research without denting your bottom line and this seminar will show you how.
