Our Accounting Advisory Board plays an important role in the Department of Accounting. The Board was created to advise, promote and assist our faculty members in serving the educational and service needs of our students and the business community. Most of the members of our Board are alumni of Colorado State University and hold executive positions in their firms. The firms represented on the board hire more than half of our accounting graduates. These members also serve as a connection between the Department and our graduates.

The Board and our accounting faculty members share the belief that our joint efforts result in an accounting program that attracts and graduates outstanding students who are well prepared to enter the accounting profession. Board members contribute through fundraising activities, job creation, and assistance in narrowing the gap between accounting education and business practice. We thank all the members of our Accounting Advisory Board and greatly appreciate the important work they do to the benefit of our Department and our students.
