The Business Diversity and Leadership Alliance (BDLA)
is the student constituent of the Undergraduate Program, of the College
of Business. Our mission is to assist in the implementation of
recruiting and retention initiatives as they relate to diversity
appreciation and education. As volunteers, BDLA members provide
assistance, support, and a sense of community to the Undergraduate
Program and serve as diversity-oriented leaders in the College of
Business. The activities of BDLA primarily involve programs targeted to
prospective students and currently enrolled students. The objective of
BDLA is to attract and retain high-caliber and diverse students in the
College of Business and to create a sense of community at Rockwell Hall,
the home of the College of Business.
