Centers of Excellence

Centers play a vital role in accomplishing the land grant mission of Colorado State University. As a conduit for the exchange of ideas in specialized areas, each center in the College of Business focuses on issues that play a dominant role in the global enterprise. Centers bring together faculty experts from across functional areas to create and deliver knowledge on issues core to its mission. Currently, the Centers in the College of Business focus on the following:

The Center is involved in several student networking opportunities including the Entrepreneurship Rotating Dinner, the Great Entrepreneurship Speaker Series, The Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and participation in the National Entrepreneurship Week. In April of each year, the Center is host to one of the top undergraduate business plan competitions (Venture Adventure) in the nation. The Center for Entrepreneurship is also involved in the 3-course entrepreneurship certificate which concludes with the development of a business plan.
