07/23/2009
Travelling through Denver International Airport this summer? Take a look around and you might find some familiar faces. The University has purchased ad spaces in DIA that feature College of Business faculty members Kathleen Kelly and Stanley Slater. “This is great visibility for us,” says John Hoxmeier, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at the College of Business, “the University is recognizing the excellence of our faculty and programs, and making an active effort to attract new students based on our reputation.” Kathleen Kelly is an internationally recognized expert in social program marketing and Stan Slater is both a premier researcher in marketing strategy and an excellent teaching professor.
So the next time you find yourself in DIA, keep your eyes open and you just might spot some friends.

If you find yourself spending time in either Concourse A, B or Baggage Claim, you may also spot our MBA programs. Posters featuring international students Prashanth Saka (India) and Areej Al-Sagheer (Kuwait), both of whom came to Colorado exclusively to participate in the Professional MBA program, have been placed at three prominent locations throughout the airport. The design emphasizes the power of the network within Professional, Distance, and Executive MBA programs on both a regional and international basis.
