For the past ten years, Brian Soukup has been a real
estate investor with properties such as Old Town Square in Fort Collins.
Prior to this, he spent 17 years in third party property management in
Fort Collins, Denver and Orange County, California.
Since graduating from Colorado State University in 1975 with degrees in
finance and real estate, Mr. Soukup has become a certified property
manager and a licensed real estate broker. He also taught at the
National Institute of Real Estate Management and the University of
Colorado’s Real Estate Extension Service.
Mr. Soukup owns and operates various ranches around Colorado, is
involved in the SERTOMA club of Fort Collins, and is former chairman of
Care Housing and Denver Catholic Charities. In addition, he has served
on numerous committees and subcommittees for the City of Fort Collins
and has spoken at the state convention for the Board of Realtors. |
