Dick Clark, a senior partner with Rothgerber,
Johnson & Lyons LLP, has more than 30 years of experience as a
commercial lawyer emphasizing international business, real estate,
construction, and litigation. Mr. Clark’s practice has emphasized the
provision of legal and business advice to foreign companies and
investors dealing in the Rocky Mountain region and U.S. companies
conducting business outside of the United States.
As part of his international business work, Mr. Clark has tried cases in
