RANDALL E. CURRAN
Chief Executive Officer
ITC^DeltaCom, Inc.

Randall E. Curran is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ITC^DeltaCom, Inc., a Nasdaq listed competitive telecommunications company. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director with FTI Consulting, and Chief Executive Officer of ICG Communications, Inc.

Prior to his position at ICG, Mr. Curran most recently served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thermadyne Holdings Corporation, a St. Louis-based, multi-national manufacturer of welding and cutting products with $540 million in orders and $100 million in earnings before depreciation and interest. Mr. Curran had been with Thermadyne since 1987 and held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. At Thermadyne, Mr. Curran oversaw the restructuring of the capital structure into accountable business units, accelerated new market development and divested non-core business units to create significant shareholder value.

Mr. Curran also served as Director of Finance for McGraw Edison until its acquisition in 1985 by Cooper Industries, and then as Vice President of Finance for Clarke Industries, a division of Cooper Industries. At Clarke Industries, Mr. Curran doubled the size of the business with two strategic acquisitions and greatly improved the company’s financial performance.

Mr. Curran received a bachelor of arts in Economics from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago. Mr. Curran is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international economics honor society. He has served on the Board of Directors of Insilco Holding Co., Whitfield School and the National Association of Manufacturers.
