Distance MBA student
The Delivery

In the Distance MBA Program, you earn a Colorado State University MBA – not an online or distance degree. This AACSB-accredited program has the same academic content, rigor and requirements as the on-campus Professional MBA Program. The difference is delivery. Each week that classes are in session, MBA courses are filmed and recorded to DVDs. Students registered in each class receive a DVD of that class as well as access to video streaming. You see, hear and feel part of all classroom activity, including the full lectures, student questions, discussions, presentations. To further enhance your sense of classroom involvement, the College of Business has introduced an interactive communications tool that enables small groups to work simultaneously on a single document; through the use of webcams and voice tools, students get the feeling of being a team as they work on a project or presentation.

You also are part of continual technology upgrades and improvements within the program, and you can supplement your access to lecture content through video streaming – allowing you to experience the full classroom dynamic within hours. As a result, you are connected – not isolated – in the Distance MBA Program.
