Rex O'Neal
Faegre & Benson's
Rex O’Neal is co-chair of Faegre & Benson’s
emerging companies practice group. He is a corporate partner in the
Boulder office. He has extensive experience counseling established and
emerging technology, life science and services companies and their
investors in a broad range of transactions, including venture capital
financings, technology licensing and strategic alliances, public
offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Rex was a
co-founder and served as CEO of Radiant Data Corporation, a data storage
software company. Prior to that, Rex was an associate and partner in
the Palo Alto, California and Colorado offices of Cooley Godward LLP.
Rex currently serves on the Board of Directors of
Emergency Family Assistance Association in Boulder.
