Bio
John Hoxmeier is an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Education and Research in E-Business at Colorado State University. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado-Boulder where his research included collaborative and group support systems. He has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the CIS Department at CSU in 1994, he was Executive VP and CIO at The Fuller Brush Company where he was actively involved in a major IT reengineering effort and corporate acquisition. Dr. Hoxmeier's teaching and research includes data modeling, database design, information quality, and system response time. He has published in many IT and business journals including the Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of End User Computing, Journal of Business and Management, Business Process Management Journal, Software Quality Journal and Journal of Applied Management Studies. He and his wife and 3 sons enjoy Colorado outdoor activities and travel.
