We have many talented high school seniors apply each year, and we will be accepting 25 new mentees for the 2012-13 program. The following application is an important factor in the decision-making process and is designed to help us get to know you better.   • Being an active and responsible participant
  • Interacting with my mentor for at least two hours each month
  • Participating in the program for two semesters (whole academic year)
  • I authorize the COB Mentoring Program to share my academic progress/grades with my assigned mentor as necessary
  • Attending the Fall Social and Orientation in August and the End-of-the-Year Event in April
  • Being present at four Mentee Social Meetings throughout the year
