Mentors are leaders in the College of Business. Being a mentor can be rewarding, but could also seem daunting. Be assured, you do not have to be an expert on everything to be an effective mentor. You will be growing as a mentor, just as your mentee is changing in her/his first year of college. You are not in this journey alone. Your three mentor trainings, the Mentor Handbook, other mentors, and the program coordinator are all here to aid in your leadership role as a mentor. Utilize the resources and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
