The College of Business Mentoring Program’s success hinges on the individuals involved. Junior and senior business majors apply, train, and mentor on their own volunteer time. Freshmen join the program to connect and gain benefits of the mentoring relationship. The student coordinator and program coordinator work diligently on infrastructure and logistics to ensure a fun, useful, and productive year. The support of the undergraduate staff and the College’s mission to recruit, retain, and graduate the students who choose Colorado State University as their academic home also makes this program possible.
