Learning Goals

The Master of Management Practice program provides emerging leaders with specialized management and organizational skills to participate effectively in the management and growth of an organization.

The learning goals or outcomes for the MMP program include:

  • Develop organizational participants who understand budgets, business functions and processes, communications, and the role of human capital;
  • Understand the role of information systems and technology, quantitative methods, analytical techniques and model building within business application;
  • Identify and solve business problems through collaboration while applying standards of conduct and ethical human behavior;
  • Refine and promote organizational leadership potential;
  • Create a learning environment that produces a high level of customer satisfaction.
