Recommendation Letters
Three (3) recommendations should be solicited from individuals who can objectively comment on your performance in an academic or professional setting. The optimal recommendation will address the capacity in which the recommender knows you, your strengths and accomplishments (including examples that demonstrate your integrity, perseverance, courage and/or compassion, your weaknesses or areas of improvement, and your aptitude for advanced study or potential to become a successful manager and leader. These recommendations should come from your supervisor or manager, co-workers or peers, former professors or other individuals who are able to judge the applicant's strengths as well as on-the-job or academic performance. Applicants are discouraged from using friends and relatives for recommendations.

The recommendations may be sent directly to the College of Business in hard copy or via facsimile, to the applicant for inclusion in the application packet, or the reference may have an electronic signature affixed and emailed.

Cover Letter
A cover letter should accompany your application; this letter should address your reasons for pursuing a graduate degree as well as those points from your background and experiences that bring value to the program.

Résumé
A résumé describing each fulltime professional position you have held is required. It is important that your resume show the length of time for each position held. Be certain that each position shows the month and year you started and the month and year that you left the position. Also, include a reference at each place of employment, so that we may verify your length of employment, position and responsibilities, if required.

International students, please provide the city, state (if applicable) and country for each of the position held and the length of time of your employment in that location. Additionally, make sure the country is noted for all educational institutions.
