“A Taste of Sustainable Colorado” will kick-off with a complimentary Colorado wine and beer tasting from 5:30-7:00 in the beautiful Augusta room at the conference hotel. The tasting will feature Colorado wineries and breweries engaged in progressive sustainable business practices. Join your colleagues for camaraderie and fun while tasting the best wines and beers produced in the state!
Dinner will follow the beer and wine tasting at the award winning 1515 Restaurant, chosen for its relaxed and refined atmosphere, eclectic Colorado cuisine, and continued focus on the finest and freshest local organic ingredients. 1515 Restaurant is a founding member of Greener DINR, a local partnership of independent restaurants concentrating on the implementation and promotion of sustainable practices within the food industry. Only a couple of blocks from the conference hotel, 1515 Restaurant is in the popular and bustling Denver “LoDo” neighborhood.
Gene Tang, owner of 1515 restaurant, has prepared a fabulous pre-fixe menu for our group. Dinner will include a fresh salad from the restaurant’s own garden, a choice of delicious entrees (including a vegetarian option), dessert, and wine, beer or a well drink. The cost per person for dinner is only $40 and includes tax and gratuity. We need to provide the restaurant with an estimate of the number of diners in advance, so
