Colorado State University and College of Business graduate Matt Wood (’02), has been named Cosmopolitan magazine’s Bachelor of the Year.  Matt competed against males all across the nation and was selected by more than 32,000 people to become one of six finalists.  Once Matt made the cut, the editors of Cosmopolitan chose him because he is “a solid guy with a good heart.”  Matt will use his prize money of $15,000 to help young people develop skills in acting, film and music. Once the excitement of the winning dies down, Matt will return to Fort Collins and continue to work as a consultant at Hewlett-Packard Co.
