College NewsCenter for Entrepreneurship helps new businesses succeed

The Center for Entrepreneurship supports the growth of new business by providing the tools and support necessary for success. Through the Center and related coursework, entrepreneurs learn how to assemble the essentials of a successful business and have the network with professionals and business owners.

More than 60 business plans have been prepared by students working with the Center. One of those businesses, Road 34, opened in 2003 and has since been named one of the best bike shops in town by the Fort Collins’ Coloradoan.

The CSU Research Foundation (CSURF) recently featured the Center for Entrepreneurship in their Community Service & Outreach publication (188KB pdf).
