The College of Business has created a new
leadership seminar for the Spring semester. This course entitled
“Leadership and Career Strategy” is taught by the Dean of the
Business College, Ajay Menon. This seminar is comprised of juniors
and seniors from various backgrounds and experiences. These students
will focus on leadership styles of individuals who have assumed
distinguished leadership responsibilities within different
organizational settings. The underlying objective is to encourage
class participants to explore their own career opportunities and
identify appropriate leadership tracks with the goal of making
difference in the society they will live in.
