FORT COLLINS - The Role of Community Building in Real Estate
will be the topic of a panel discussion at the Colorado State
University College of Business' Everitt Center for Real Estate event on Dec.
1.
The panel discussion will begin at 4 p.m. at the University Park
Holiday Inn in Fort Collins. Brokers can earn two hours of
continuing education credit by attending the event. A commission
update course will be offered from 12:30-3:30 p.m. prior to the
event. The registration fee is free for members of Colorado State's
Everitt Center for Real Estate and $40 for all others. Individuals may
register for the event at www.realestate.colostate.edu.
Panelists discussing The Role of Community Building in Real Estate
include: Bob Everitt, Everitt Enterprises, Inc.; Chad McWhinney,
McWhinney Enterprises; Larry Kendall, The Group, Inc.; and, Don
Marostica, Loveland Commercial, LLC.
William "Bill" Neal will be inducted posthumously into Colorado
State's Everitt Center for Real Estate Hall of Fame at the event. Neal was
killed July 24, 2004, in an airplane accident in Fort Collins. Neal
was a well-known community leader and businessman whose vision and
impact on the community include the development of the neighborhoods
of Fairbrooke, Brown Farm, Rigden Farm and Miramont in Fort Collins.
