The Professional MBA Program attracts professionals throughout the region and around the world to study together in a dynamic learning atmosphere. You’ll learn from others’ diverse work experiences, leading to successful team building and long-term networking.
Our students are professionals from diverse backgrounds. The average age of the Professional and Distance MBA student is 34 years old with an average of 12 years of professional experience. Students and alumni from our MBA programs represent all 50 United States and more than 40 countries.

Your classmates are fellow College of Business MBA students: small-business owners, global corporate managers, entrepreneurs, private- and public-sector supervisors, U.S. military personnel and other professionals from around the world who know a graduate business degree is the bridge to career advancement. The program is designed for working professionals who want to obtain their advanced degrees without interrupting their daytime careers.

Professional MBA students move through the program as a cohort. You’ll be on campus two evenings per week, with classes beginning at 5:30 p.m., and meeting for about four hours with a dinner break. This system allows students to collaborate as team members, develop problem-solving skills, network, and build relationships with colleagues, regardless of major field of interest.
