Who selects scholarship and award recipients?
The Scholarships and Awards Committee, consisting of College of Business
faculty and staff, coordinates the selection of scholarship and award
recipients.
How are recipients selected?
Scholarships are typically awarded based on students' outstanding
academic achievement, leadership, service activities, work experience and
the overall quality of their application. Students' concentration and/or financial need are also
considered.
To whom are scholarships awarded?
Scholarships are awarded to qualified, admitted College of Business
students.
How many scholarships are available?
The College of Business awards approximately 125 scholarships annually.
In what amount are scholarships awarded?
College of Business scholarships range from $250 to $14,855annually.
How are scholarships funded?
Scholarships are funded by private gifts, College of Business support
and endowed funds.
When are scholarships awarded?
Scholarship recipients are notified by the end of the current spring
semester. Scholarship funds are applied to the student's account the
