For over 40 years, CSU has provided a Distance MBA
Program that offers students:
AACSB Accreditation
No Residency Requirement
Flexibility and Convenience
The CSU Distance MBA Program is designed to deliver a
quality education while providing distance students with the flexibility
they need to earn their degree. To give the distance MBA student as much
of the classroom experience as possible, each on-campus class is taped,
burned onto DVDs and sent out to each enrolled student the next morning.
Students receive the full lecture, PowerPoint slides, class discussion
and student questions.
Students in the Distance MBA Program feel as if they are part of the on-campus
environment as they view the DVD of the lecture material. Students see and hear
all the activity in the classroom – it is like being part of the class yet never
leaving home or place of work.

of lectures in Business Economics in the World Market and Organizational
Communication. The quality of this clip is not representative of
the viewing via DVD; it is provided here to give you an idea what you
will see on your classroom lectures.
Distance MBA students have the added value of flexibility and
convenience. The program can be completed in a little as 21 to 24 months
or may be extended up to five years; however, most full time
professionals complete the program in four years or less. The student is able to adjust
their course schedule, within the lock-step program, to fit their
professional and personal schedules. There are two 16-week
semesters per year plus one 8-week session in the summer. Each 16-week
semester is divided into two 8-week sessions. Since the Distance
MBA Program has the same academic rigor and content as the on-campus
MBA, assigned projects and coursework must be completed within specific
periods of time. For planning purposes, a
two year
and
four year
schedule is provided.
Each student in the program is required to have access to a computer and
to the Internet to complete course requirements.
CSU’s Distance MBA Program reaches out to students across the United
States, Canada and around the world to include our military personnel
serving in remote areas. The Distance MBA Program welcomes
students from around the globe. Tuition costs are the same for students
regardless of their geographic location; however, there may be a service
charge for DVD delivery to international locations.
