Bio

Dr. Cynthia Patterson is a veterinarian and an ABVP board-certified canine and feline practice specialist with a deep understanding of animal health and a passion for exceptional customer service. Leveraging 27 years of experience in the veterinary profession, Dr. Patterson currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Support at Antech Diagnostics, a leading provider of veterinary diagnostic services for both reference lab and in-clinic testing.


In this role, Dr. Patterson leads a dedicated team that provides comprehensive customer and technical support to veterinary practices across North America. She draws upon extensive clinical expertise to ensure her teams are prepared to provide veterinary professionals with the resources and guidance needed to deliver the best possible care to their patients. Her leadership has resulted in significant improvements in both associate and customer satisfaction, experience, and retention.


Prior to joining Antech Diagnostics, Dr. Patterson honed her clinical skills in private practice in the Denver area. She has also held positions in industry-leading companies such as VCA, Banfield, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Zoetis Animal Health. Her enthusiasm for veterinary business was born in CSU’s Combined MBA/DVM Program.


She is a proud CSU graduate, with an MBA degree from the College of Business (2006) and a DVM degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (2008). Her philanthropic efforts are focused on increasing diversity within the veterinary profession.


Cynthia lives in Northern Colorado with her partner, Ron, and two cat-children. She enjoys the outdoors, and can usually be found cycling, snowboarding, paddleboarding, or gardening.
